Each person gets their own agent in its own container, on its own HTTPS subdomain, with a monthly spending cap they can see from the app.
An invite email carries a one-time link. Tap Connect and the server builds the agent in about thirty seconds, then shows a QR code that pairs Kuya instantly.
A private control panel shows spend, activity counts, and error classes. It never shows anyone's messages.
